WARRANTY

Compu-Fire® products are guaranteed to the original purchaser to be free of manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship for a period of one year unless otherwise specified (refer to warranty registration card). Merchandise that fails to conform to these conditions will be repaired or replaced at Compu-Fires option. Defective merchandise may not be returned without prior written approval and a return merchandise authorization number (RMA). All returns must be shipped freight prepaid. Do not deduct any returns from your remittance until a credit memo has been issued. Under no circumstances will Compu-Fire be liable for any labor claims of said merchandise unless prior arrangements are made in writing and signed by both parties. Compu-Fire shall not be liable for any consequential or incidental damages resulting from the failure of a Compu-Fire product, breach of any warranties, the failure to deliver, delay in delivery, delivery in non-conforming condition, or any other breach of contract between Compu-Fire and customer. Compu-Fire shall have no warranty obligation if used in any other application. To initiate warranty, complete and return the warranty card with purchase receipt or invoice copy to Compu-Fire. Material overstock returns may be subject to a 15% restocking charge.
